join me for a 4-week meditation exploration to help you build your mindfulness practice. this course will focus on helping you to learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation and how to build a sustainable practice. Explore different techniques and modalities each session as you experience a guided meditation. Topics explored will include energy, chakras, sound healing, mindfulness basics/modalities, how to build your practice, and breathwork practices. Come discover the benefits of meditation and begin your journey towards inner peace and greater well-being. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or meditation pillow.

week 2: types of meditation

week 3: a deeper exploration - posture, breathwork, sound, other tools

week 4: how to build your practice - practical recommendations to incorporate meditation into your lifestyle
