Expanding Your Meditation Practice: mudras pt. 2

Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.

In this session we will be focusing on completing our exploration of mudras. Mudras are different hand placements that enhance our meditation experience. We will spend approximately 10-20 minutes exploring the last 5 mudras then we will practice each one for 60 seconds each and end with a guided meditation session where you will be guided to use the mudras of your choosing.
